I’m Graham Wilson, Director of Cultural Policy Research at RCCIL. My work focuses on exploring how cultural policy, urban regeneration, and economic strategy influence the development of cities and property markets across the UK. Through research, analysis, and commentary, I examine the ways in which planning decisions, cultural investment, and government policy shape long-term growth and regeneration.
